My name is Brian Gillam, and I founded Brian Gillam Hockey to provide professional, high quality development services to minor hockey players, teams, coaches and associations.  

Through my 35+ years of working in player and coach development with Hockey Canada and Hockey Eastern Ontario, high performance coaching and private player development I have built a thorough understanding of the development needs of stake holders at all levels of the game.

My program designs and delivery methods are based on contemporary frameworks and approaches to skill acquisition & learning, and supported by research.  Using representative learning designs and a constraints led approach that keeps the player at the center of the learning process I am able to address all development needs of the player.  These contemporary approaches and frameworks also form the core of my coach and association programs.​
